The Summit Group

Clear Path communicates the mission and services provided by our organization to Central New York groups, organizations, and individuals. We strive to increase Clear Path’s visibility and presence throughout CNY.

We coordinate the Summit Group meeting of over 60 organizations to foster strong relationships with community agencies that want to serve veterans and their families.

Soldier On

Soldier On is a nationally recognized non-profit organization governed by a full-time President/CEO and a volunteer Board of Directors. We work in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs and other agencies to provide veterans with shelter and support in an environment that offers dignity, integrity, and, most importantly, hope. Our mission is to offer a continuum of care that includes immediate and long-term housing with services delivered where they live. Soldier On’s ultimate goal is to provide formerly homeless veterans with permanent, supportive, sustainable housing – assisting them in their transition from homelessness to homeownership.

America' Warrior Partnership: Operation Deep Dive

America's Warrior Partnership (AWP) works to empower communities to empower Veterans. Offering various educational programs as well as cultivating a national networking community to share Veteran resources AWP brings local nonprofits focused on Veteran wellbeing together across the country.

Operation Deep Dive (ODD), one of AWP's programs is a research collaboration to combat Veteran suicide. With research locations within locations in fifteen states across the United States, ODD collaborates with local Veteran Resource Centers to conduct the research needed to educate the community on Veteran suicide. Clear Path for Veterans is the New York research center and works with AWP and the ODD research teams.

Fairways for Freedom

The Fairways for Freedom program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to help U.S. injured Veterans assimilate back into society through holistic initiatives and through the game of golf.

Many U.S. Veterans struggle with physical disabilities, including loss of limbs, and with mental-health issues such as PTSD and TBI. The Fairways for Freedom program provides Injured Veterans with instruction and practice in evidence-informed, clinically tested, self-regulation techniques; opportunities for therapeutic, recreational and community-building social activities; training on healthy lifestyle choices; and education about community-based Veterans resources for post-retreat re-integration.
