Join Clear Path for Veterans and yoga instructor Marni Miller to kick off the weekend with a relaxing and rejuvenating morning yoga flow. The class will be held in the Great Room at Clear Path. The group will enjoy an energizing but gentle yoga flow with variations of poses offered to make it accessible to all ages/abilities. Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility and often alleviates pain and discomfort in the body from sore joints and stiff muscles. Regular yoga practive can help one manage stress and anxiety, promote better sleep and heart health, and alleviate the symptoms of arthritis and depression.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and should dress comfortably in clothes they can move in. This workshop is complimentary and open to veterans, service members, and military-connected families.
