Join us for our first Saturday Wellness Day of 2025! Yoga instructor Marni Millet will be volunteering to lead a chair yoga practice designed specifically for veterans, military members, and their families. This session is perfect for those with mobility challenges or anyone who spends long hours at a desk and wants to incorporate more movement into their day.
All skill levels are welcome! Chair yoga focuses on breathwork and gentle stretches to leave your body feeling relaxed and ready to move. Don’t miss this chance to unwind and reconnect with yourself.
